Flowerland is committed to a policy of equal opportunities and access for disabled staff and customers and aims to create an environment which enables them to participate as best as able in the garden centre and gardening genreally.
Where posible, we will take decisions which are specifically designed to include and promote the needs of disabled people. Disaled facilities are available at all of our sites. Alternatives may be available for disabled people which are not immediately available. Please ask staff for details or contact customers services in advance at customerservices@flowerland.co.uk
For the purposes of this policy, disability is understood in the broadest sense and, in addition to mobility and sensory impairments includes mental health problems, specific learning difficulties and medical conditions which may have an impact on day-to-day activities.
