Shopping Cart FAQ

1. Orders below £50 may inccur an extra fee, before they can be accepted. If this is the case, you will be notified before the order is processed. No money is taken until both parties have agreed to the terms, and the order is ready to be despatched.
2. How to amend your shopping list
   1. You will need to view your shopping cart details, via one of the methods below
      1. Click on View on the top right of the page
      2. Click on Shopping Basket, below this FAQ
      3. Click this link
   2. To clear down your shopping cart, click on the Empty Basket, on the top right of the list.
   3. To delete an item from your list, click on Delete, to the right of the item for removal.
   4. To amend the purchase quantity of an item, amend the quantity for it, with a number greater then zero, then click on Update to the right of it.
3. Pay By Credit Card
   1. This will take you to our HSBC payment gateway
   2. Your credit card payment details are held securely by them, not us
   3. Once you completed or cancelled your payment process, you will be returned to our web site.
